For episode two tonight, I'll have Grammar Girl Mignon Fogarty (@grammargirl) via phone. And, surprise, I might not ask her a single question about grammar.

Rather, I'm interested in how she built a hobby, the Grammar Girl podcast, into a network of shows with a coterie of hosts that cover a wide variety of how-to topics. Starting as a modest project, she found a publishing partner in Macmillan and together they now release a group of books under the Quick and Dirty Brand. The latest is the "Get-It-Done Guy's 9 Steps to Work Less and Do More," by Stever Robbins, who does a podcast by the same name.
