You've seen Chef Rodelio Aglibot as host of "The Food Buddha" show on TLC. Rodelio recently joined the BLT Restaurant Group based in New York where he replaced the founding chef and consults on new restaurant concepts. He also serves as the consulting chef for Sunda in Chicago, where he garnered three-star reviews in 2009 from both the Chicago Tribune and the Chicago Sun-Times. Additionally, he's a parter in Babas Pasta, an artisan ravioli company based in Los Angeles.

Rodelio was the opening executive chef of Koi Restaurant in Los Angeles, and his restaurant Yi Cuisine was named one of the “Best New Asian Restaurants" in America by Food & Wine Magazine.

He has appeared on "The Today Show," "The Ellen DeGeneres Show," The Food Network, and "Entertainment Tonight."
