Hey 93: Comedian Mark Malkoff @MMalkoff does 30-day Six Pack Abs Challenge on @MyDamnChannel

Mark Malkoff is a comedian who has lived in an IKEA for a week, on an airplane for a month, beaten a New York bus on a big wheel, had strangers carry him across Manhattan, and drank at all 171 Manhattan Starbucks in the same day.

Recently he tried to get six pack abs in a month with the help of posh-accented trainer Robert Brace. He called it the "Six-Pack Abs Challenge."
